The Neverest line up calls upon the collection’s connection to Mt. Everest to bring a positive impact on the climbing industry in partnership with the Butterfly Help Project. For the very first time, this new collection houses the chronometer grade Norqain Manufacture Calibres developed in partnership with Kenissi, a distinguished Geneva-based mechanical movement manufacturer founded by Tudor — a true marvel to behold for the young and growing Swiss watch manufacturer.

Driven by Norqain’s association with Mt. Everest, part of the inspiration behind the collection, Norqain partnered with Butterfly Help Project, which was founded by Norbu Sherpa and Andrea Sherpa-Zimmermann of Wild Yak Expeditions, to contribute a portion of funds generated through the sales of the Adventure Neverest collection to help families of Sherpas who have lost their lives in the Himalayan mountains and give their children access to education.

Despite being on the market for a relatively short span of time, Norqain has brought a huge shake up in the luxury Swiss watch manufacturing industry, rapidly growing with an impressive range of creative dial designs and performance-driven Swiss mechanics.

Crafted out of 316L stainless steel, the Norqain Adventure Neverest Green comes in a pleasing size truly fit for a modern sports watch. Measuring with a case diameter of 40mm, a lug to lug distance of 48.3mm and a thickness of 12.5mm, these attractive dimensions translate into a versatile look on the wrist that wears exceptionally well in just about every situation. The brand’s signature and distinctive “Norqain” polished plate rests at the left side of the case, a unique feature prominent throughout all of Norqain’s collections. The watch is presented on a 20mm steel bracelet, complementing the sporty accents of the watch.

For the most part, the case is meticulously finished with fine satin brushing across the top of the lugs and the side of the case. However, a closer look reveals a highly-polished chamfer along the lugs, reflecting on the brand’s close attention to detail to ensure no expenses were spared despite being a rather young brand. Keeping in line with the rest of Norqain’s timepieces, Norqain’s distinctive screw-on polished plate rests at the left side of the case. Furthermore, the grippy knurling found on the black 60-click unidirectional ceramic bezel allows optimal handling.

Zooming in on the dial, the Norqain Neverest unveils a captivating British green dial unveils an alluring blue dial sporting the brand’s distinctive herringbone-like texture that brings a great deal of character and depth to the dial. The finer details just gets more impressive with a set of hand applied and finished faceted indices and X1 Super-LumiNova treated handsets, reflecting on the brand’s incredible mastery in watchmaking. For an additional dash of color, red accents found on the tip of the second hand and dial text brings forth some additional flair for a compelling look. To top it all off, the dial is protected by a scratch resistant sapphire crystal, treated with double anti-reflective coating for an ultra-clear view of this magnificent dial.

Underneath the impressive exterior, the Norqain Adventure Neverest Green is driven by the chronometer certified Norqain manufacture Caliber NN20/1 automatic movement, a powerhouse of a Swiss-made movement delivering superior mechanical performance with 27 rubies and a hefty 70 hours of power reserve. Running at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), the movement features Norqain’s custom rotor alongside a personalized bridge engraved with the core values of the brand. At the back of the watch, a sapphire exhibition caseback reveals this magnificent movement in all its glory.
